Booked a room with particularly good views to the sea and mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was marvellous for Rimini, very close to the private areas, the center of Rimini social life, and beach and nightlife.

We stayed in a double room with 3 beds. There were a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The pool area was nice and the location was perfect and nice, really close to the seaside, train station and the sea and shops. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Pizzeria Grey.

The value for money at Gallia Palace was excellent, with a comfortable room and a great location near the beach. The staff treated us kindly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety or additional options.

Its was fine, sometimes in Italy the GPS has problems getting the correct location.

Has met all the requirements for our choice of this hotel for our 2 days' visit in Rimini and I express my comments in english, rather than italian, for I feel that they'll be more useful to non-italian visitors.

The following criticisms are purely constructive and they do not detract anything from our stay at the Gallia Palace as there were many signs that the hotel had been refurbished recently ( we liked the quality & design of the wallpaper ) -the operating of the electronic bedroom access card and of the airconditioning control pannel required some time in getting used to but then they were O.K. I liked the fact that the A/C would switch-off when opening the balcony door !. -The glass pannel beside the shower is at least 10/15cm. too narrow as it does not prevent the water sprays from the shower flooding the bathroom's floor. -The TV set totally impeded the use of the bedroom's mirror ( a wall-mounted TV monitor would be better ).

the classic triple room was modern, included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. had fantastic and marvellous location on the beach, near viale regina elena. and it was also really close to the old town centre, train station as well as marina centro of rimini.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a lively area, adjacent to the old town centre, train station, the private areas and the sea and the Gold Coast. The food in the bar was good. They offered air conditioned and new-fashioned rooms with fridge and toiletries, for example. The location was favourable and incredible, the staff was friendly.

The stay here was really nice for a business trip. The rooms were impeccably clean and air conditioned and equipped with fridge as well as balcony.

I recently stayed at a nice four-star hotel in a great location near the beach. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was decent. As a family of four, our standard room was a bit small, but overall we had a good experience. I can definitely recommend Gallia Palace for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is well located for the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel pool was small but convenient.

Reception service on arrival as our booked room had been sold on and we were forced to pay an extra 25 euro per night.

The location was great for traveling around Rimini, so close to the airport. The staff were all polite and the breakfast was absolutely superb with every taste. The service was GOOD, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities such as a large double bed and a spacious glass shower cubicle. The staff is friendly and the check-in process was efficient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits. Additionally, there is a pool on the third floor for guests to enjoy.

Some guests mentioned that the parking spaces at the hotel can be tight to maneuver in, so it may be necessary to be cautious or consider alternative parking options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was decent size and clean. Good value for money. Nice location. Will return some time again.

Inflatables or ball games in the swimming pool. Although this was on one or two ocassions, it still causes some nuissance. The hotel has a security camera in the pool area so if could be better controlled.

Good location and a really nice city to visit.

The hotel does not live up to a category of 4 stars. It was clean but the rooms need an upgrade. The air conditioner did not work optimally. A relatively small balcony with only one chair and no table. But again, a really good location right in the pulsating Rimini.

The room was air-conditioned, the stuff where best and helpful. Plentiful breakfast with a wide array of choice.
